The Small Business Law Firm was created to provide small businesses competent legal support at affordable prices. We are a team of attorneys based in Utah focused on all business needs for our clients, no matter how small the business, with an understanding of Utah values. We specialize in providing service to businesses that have no employees or a limited number of employees.
Mike Long is the managing attorney of The Small Business Law Firm and has been licensed with the Utah State Bar since 2012, with experience in the areas of business, contracts, and criminal law. He has created a network of Utah attorneys to ensure even small businesses have access to the legal tools to think big.
Mike enjoys living in Utah and appreciates the excellent outdoor recreation opportunities we have - and even makes it outside on a horse once in a while. Mike knows what it’s like being a small business owner and trying to balance all the various responsibilities that come with that ownership. He and his family have started a couple of small businesses and continue to enjoy creating and growing those business.
